Creating online user experiences

Tatonga successfully developed diverse, engaging training that will help our farm members and their employees with agricultural health and safety training. It was great to work with a company who understands the agriculture industry but who also has expertise in occupational health and safety, and instructional design.

We’ve been very happy to have Tatonga Studio assist us in the development and design of our online modules for several of our divisions. They continue to successfully enhance our internal operations and training management into well designed, customized, interactive and engaging learning modules. The scope of this project is very large, and Tatonga Studio is working successfully with each division to address their specific needs and timelines.

Tatonga provided MEGlobal with a revamp of our EHS Expectations Site Indoctrination. MEGlobal was needing to make our indoctrination more engaging for our end users. Prior the content was very dry and delivered through a basic PowerPoint Presentation. Tatonga exceeded MEGlobal’s expectations in what we needed for updating our indoctrination. They took all our content and built a very engaging, visually pleasing final product. There was a lot of feedback from our Public Relations group, and Tatonga’s response was very timely and efficient to all those comments. Tatonga did not need too much direction from us as an organization and worked very independently, coming to us with stages of the product for review, until providing a final product at the end. Tatonga is a very professional work group who were easy to work and we are very pleased with the final product.

We partnered with Tatonga Studio to transform our “Reasonable Cause Supervisor Training” into an online, student-led course, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Having delivered this course in person and virtually for over five years, we knew it had the potential to reach a wider audience, and Tatonga helped us make that vision a reality.
From the beginning, Tatonga (and Lise – our account manager and developer) invested time in truly understanding our goals and our brand. Their team provided invaluable recommendations, drawing on their extensive experience, and they made sure the course aligned with our vision. They set clear expectations from the outset, scheduling a detailed kick-off meeting where we reviewed content, timelines, deliverables, and feedback structures. Their organized approach, including a comprehensive weekly timeline of deliverables from both parties, kept the project on track and made our responsibilities as owners crystal clear.
Despite a minor delay caused by our side, Tatonga delivered the course on budget, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the result! The feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive – they love how engaging, colorful, unique, and easy-to-navigate the course is. Within the first month, we sold over 100 courses, and we know that number will only grow as we ramp up our marketing efforts.
Even after the launch, Tatonga and Lise have continued to support us, always available to trouble shoot, answer questions, and assist with revisions. We’re already planning our next course development and will undoubtedly be working with Tatonga again. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to develop high-quality, engaging online training content!
