MEGlobal was looking to revamp their EHS Expectations Site Indoctrination that they currently provided via PowerPoint. Their PowerPoint presentation for their workers needed a fresh new design with user interactivity that provided a more engaging user experience. MEGlobal had a tight timeline and needed the indoctrination live for their workers site start up. Tatonga reworked their current content in Articulate Storyline and animated all of their operating forms to engage the user and increase their retention. Additionally, Tatonga sourced compelling visuals to use throughout the course to carry the MEGlobal brand and increase the visual appeal and engagement for the end user.

Tatonga initiated the project with the MEGlobal subject matter experts and Public Relations group to capture their needs and quickly took the lead on the project to manageme the amount on hands on direction needed from the client during development. We were able to conceptualize a theme, provide instructional design layout and design a compelling new product for MEGlobal. Once the course was completed, we provided the client with a full review of the course and delivered their feedback requests in a timely manner while working with the whole team to ensure everyone’s comments were addressed.

The project was a great success and resulted in attention from the client’s US sites who decided to move forward with a version of their own indoctrination.
