Project Design and Facilitate Training Day
Tatonga has been working with the Young Farm Worker workshops in multiple capacities over the years. Originally Tatonga’s Risk Management team delivered farm safety classroom and hands-on training to the students at Olds College, Olds, Alberta. Tatonga Studio developed and designed OHS Farm Safety course presentations, student handouts, brochures and fact sheets. In 2021 there was a need to virtually deliver the content. Tatonga Studio converted the course material into e-learning modules on each topic. The courses were hybrid delivered with online e-learning modules, instructor led virtual sessions and provision of resource material. Tatonga Studio designed and developed all components of these training packages.
