Onboarding
Tatonga was hired by the University of Calgary to redesign their employee and supervisor Harassment and Violence courses. We completed a gap analysis on and made recommendations to update policies, programs and procedures to meet the requirements of legislation.
Our tasks included:
• Building Storyline course branded to U of C.
• Incorporating diverse and inclusive imagery, animation, demonstrations, video customized to topic.
• Developing interactive content and activities to engage the learner.
• Developing quizzes to use throughout the program, to assess the comprehension of the student.
•Writing script and narrating.
• Compiling and developing instructor notes of the course material.
Following the development of the Harassment and Violence course, Tatonga Studio was hired to complete the University of Calgary Occupational Health and Safety Module for Supervisors. Our role was to provide edits to the existing course design in Articulate Storyline and reorganize the flow of content for dual learner streams.
