Project Management and Design
We had a great opportunity partnering with Mountain View County and Red Deer County to put on the Provincial Agricultural Service Board Tour, highlighting agriculture in the two counties. Our team was hired as Event Coordinators for the 4 day conference and tour which included sourcing farm hosts, scheduling the 4 days of tours (youth tour, partner tour and ASB member tour), pre-tour welcome events, nightly performances and accommodations for over 500 guests. Our design team provided logo conception, website design, event design and management, marketing materials including posters, wayfinding, postcards, brochures, and passport booklets.
The whole team came together onsite during the 4 days to further assist and manage the events and tours alongside the teams from Red Deer County and Mountain View County.
Project Management
Managed all aspects of project from budgets, tour stops, bands, food, rentals, tour content, resources, deliverables and schedules.
Project Design
Provided web design, logo design, wide variety of marketing materials, promo video development, event design including setup, layout and rentals.
Collaboration
Our team worked hand in hand with Mountain View County and Red Deer County to bring everyone’s goals and visions to fruition.
Onsite Event Management
Stayed onsite for the week to ensure planning rolled out successfully.
